Order & Delivery Info

How to Order

You can place your order via our “Order” page — just pick your treats, fill in your details (name, address, delivery time, any extra requests), and hit “submit.” Once we get your order, we'll reply with a confirmation message (usually within 24 h).

Delivery & Collection

We deliver directly around Berkhamsted — free within a ~3-5 mile radius. If you live outside that area, we'll let you know any extra delivery charge when we confirm your order.

We'll aim to deliver your order on the date you request (especially for cakes / bespoke bakes). If possible, let us know your preferred delivery time or collection slot when ordering.

Payment & Payment Method

Payment is typically made on card when we deliver or when you collect the order, however we can do bank transfer if needed. For larger or custom orders (cakes, celebration boxes) we may ask for a small deposit — we'll let you know.

Special Requests & Allergens

Have dietary preferences or allergy info? You can let us know at checkout. We'll always share allergen info (nuts, gluten, dairy etc.) and we'll do our best to accommodate dietary requests when possible. Want a personalised message or special packaging? Add your instructions in the “Extra details” field and we'll try to make it happen.
